Sriram is an engineering graduate and holds an MBA degree specializing in Marketing and Systems.
Sriram has experience of 35 years spanning across Management and IT Consulting, Business Process Re-engineering, and Practice Management. He has held leadership positions at several MNCs. A strong believer in system thinking and practice, he is widely recognized as a thought leader in industry circles with strong commitment towards innovation, leadership growth, robust processes resulting in continuous value creation.
He advises several start-ups, is a Board Member and renders advisory services to IT firms.
Suresh Raju
Suresh, a Management Graduate, is currently heading the ‘Value Added Programs’ at Chanakya University, Bengaluru. He has facilitated several management and leadership programs for students and corporates. He is a passionate graphics designer, having worked with many brands in terms of their brand themes, logos, and social-media profiles.
As a Joyful Vedanta Core-team Member, he has taken up the responsibility to manage all the graphics design requirements like brochures, Presentation Designs etc.
Srividya Nagaraju
Srividya is a Management Graduate of IIM Bengaluru and a guest faculty too at the institute. She is a respected Leadership Coach and Trainer for several corporates, an Indic-wisdom enthusiast. She is an international TEDx Speaker. She is a psychologist and does volunteering work in domains of Mental Wellbeing and Peace.
As a Joyful Vedanta Core-team Member, she has taken up the responsibility of Project Management and Execution.
Ravishankar Ivaturi
Ravi is a Management Graduate and a Cost Accountant. He has extensive experience in the domains of Software and Manufacturing. He was leading the operations in a huge Multi-national company, as their Director, before he took early voluntary retirement to pursue his other passions. He is a passionate learner of a wide variety of topics. He is now an enthusiastic stock trader and a deep spiritual learner.
As a Joyful Vedanta Core-team Member, he has taken up the responsibility of learner-induction and learner-growth through effective knowledge management processes.
Rangaraj Sriramulu
Rangaraj, a Management Graduate of IIM Bengaluru, has been an IT Professional for several years in senior leadership positions. He has led start-ups quite successfully before becoming a knowledge-seeker in Vedanta. Currently, he is a Yoga and Wellness teacher. He has been a student of the teachings of Sri Sri Ravishankar teachings for over 8 years.
As a Joyful Vedanta Core-team Member, he has taken up the responsibility of the Technology Process Leadership.
Maitreyee R M
Maitreyee is a student. She is being home-schooled and she will be giving her 12th Boards in a few months from now. She became an entrepreneur at the age of 11 by making hand-made jewellery and selling them online; she has used the revenue earned to fund the education of under-privileged girls. She is a passionate cook and a graphic designer. She is now a Learner in this Joyful Vedanta (Batch-2) Journey.
As a Joyful Vedanta Core-team Member, she is teamed up with Suresh Raju and Rangaraj to design the brochures, presentation designs, edit videos, maintain the YT Channel etc.
Kala Bharath
Kala, currently a committed homemaker, has in-depth experience as a special educator and counsellor for children with special needs. She is a passionate traveller and trekker, having travelled to multiple countries through the many years of her experience. She is an awesome networker having established strong relationships with several people across the world.
As a Joyful Vedanta Core-team Member, she has taken up the responsibility to engage with the learners in the WA Group and support them through personal coaching as and when appropriate.
