Ranga was fortunate to do his two post-graduations in two premier Indian Institutes, the IIT and the IIM. The two Institutes gave him the attitude to ‘question’ anything and everything! Although he was born in a very pious family, he was more a happy-go-lucky person with not much focus or interest in spirituality, primarily because he didn’t find logical/intellectual answers to his queries.

His life transformed when he attended the first of a series of lectures on Vedanta in Rishikesh, by Pujya Swami Dayananda Saraswati. For the first time, he found brilliant answers to his queries—and there has been no looking back since then! His visits to such lecture series became an annual affair, combined with exploration of the Himalayas, year after year for over 14 years!

He started his journey into teaching the vast knowledge hidden in Vedanta, on the instruction by his Guruji, in 2018. He had surely found his ‘Calling’!
On the Social Space, he runs an NGO, along with Meena (his wife), called “Inside-Out Foundation”, based in Bangalore, India; that provides education support to needy children. He is also the chairman for an NGO based in Chennai, India; that operates in the domain of child-adoption, destitute women rehabilitation, old-age homes and drug deaddiction centres.

On the professional side, he is a high-end, high-value leadership coach/trainer to various corporate houses. He is also a visiting Professor at ISB, Hyderabad. He is a renowned KeyNote speaker in multiple corporate events on Leadership and Transformation.
