Lakshya is a Goal. MahaLakshya is a higher-order goal—that benefits a much larger circle in the planet. It gives a great sense of purpose to life and living.
Any individual goes through multiple states of growth and at a higher state, one usually asks questions like, “What’s my calling?” or “What’s my purpose?” etc. Having a MahaLakshya gives a clear sense of direction, particularly when we have to make choices in life.
Not really! Goals are much lower in the hierarchy of our choices. However, we would certainly share as to where exactly goals fit it!
This workshop has been designed by renowned corporate trainers and coaches who have a strong backing in scriptures, after several decades of dealing with the challenges faced by people at different stages of their lives. The purpose of this workshop is to enable and empower the learner with a deep sense of purpose that is hidden inside the learner. This is a practical hands-on workshop, with minimal conceptual frameworks. This workshop details a clear, simple and structured process to arrive at one’s MahaLakshya. This workshop also details the “how to” in terms of implementation
This is a one-day, in-person workshop (9 AM to 5,30 PM), conducted in Bangalore. The exact venue for each batch would be announced from time to time. We will soon come out with a digital module on the same.
This workshop has been carefully designed by Joyful Vedanta’s Mahacharya, Joyful Ranga and the two senior Acharyas, Srividya Nagaraju and Ravishankar Ivaturi. The workshop would be jointly delivered by them.

We recommend the whole family to attend together to bring in awareness of each other’s core drivers and to function symbiotically with deep synergy. Spouses attending together will value-add greatly.
Deeper queries like, “What of my MahaLakshya conflicts with that of my spouse or family member?” would be addressed in the workshop.
Registered learners would be added to a WhatsApp group—that will have very enriching discussions before the workshop. The WhatsApp group would be active for four weeks after the workshop for interactions and value-adds. Participating actively in this group enhances the output that can be derived.

This workshop carries a social-objective and hence is delivered at a very inexpensive rate, albeit being extremely relevant and invaluable throughout life. Currently, the charges are Rs. 2,800/-, excluding government taxes. There are discretionary discounts available for family/group registrations. We also have sponsors who pay for needy students/others, who are very keen to benefit from this workshop.
