Sadhanas
Three sAdhanas for you on this auspicious Gita Jayanti Day…
- karma yOga
- Never speak until the other person finishes. No matter however long it takes.
- Give minimum 3-second explicit PAUSE before starting to respond.
- upAsana yoga
- Take 11 Deep Breaths every 2 hours during waking hours, everyday. Use any tool/process to enable/remind this.
- Take 11 Deep Breaths every 2 hours during waking hours, everyday. Use any tool/process to enable/remind this.
- gnana yOga
- Read 3 pages or watch 1 video for 5 minutes or listen to 1 podcast for 5 minutes, related to our scriptures. This 5 minutes should be without any distraction of any kind. No multi-tasking during this 5 minutes. Do this at the same time everyday, preferably.
- Minimum duration for any sAdhana is 48 consecutive days (one mandalam). If there’s any break, the next day is counted as Day-1!
