Sadhanas

Three sAdhanas for you on this auspicious Gita Jayanti Day…

  • karma yOga
    • Never speak until the other person finishes. No matter however long it takes.
    • Give minimum 3-second explicit PAUSE before starting to respond.

  • upAsana yoga
    • Take 11 Deep Breaths every 2 hours during waking hours, everyday. Use any tool/process to enable/remind this.

  • gnana yOga
    • Read 3 pages or watch 1 video for 5 minutes or listen to 1 podcast for 5 minutes, related to our scriptures. This 5 minutes should be without any distraction of any kind. No multi-tasking during this 5 minutes. Do this at the same time everyday, preferably.
    • Minimum duration for any sAdhana is 48 consecutive days (one mandalam). If there’s any break, the next day is counted as Day-1!
